Where ever I see around our India I see people spending lot and lot of money to many many luxurious things like pizza huts, coffee shops, cinemas, games, etc....
But when they come to a normal person (below poverty line ) to buy or to make some work done (coolie), rickshaw wale, etc ... they start bargaining (begging) him on the amount to be paid for that respective work.....
